Regina LeMense

Regina LeMense is a dedicated dental hygienist originally from Omaha, Nebraska, with a strong foundation in patient-centered care. She earned her degree in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Nebraska before continuing her education at Iowa Western Community College in affiliation with Creighton University, where she completed her dental hygiene degree in 2021. Regina’s commitment to excellence has been recognized through prestigious honors, including the Colgate Total STAR Award, the PIRA Recognition Award, and a feature in RDH Magazine in 2022 shortly after graduating. She takes pride in treating each patient as an individual, tailoring education and care to meet their unique needs and circumstances.

After gaining over a year of experience practicing in Omaha, Regina made the move to a larger city in 2022, where she joined American Dental and has since established herself as a valued member of the team.

Outside of her professional life, Regina resides in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, a setting that perfectly complements her active lifestyle. She has completed an Olympic triathlon in Chicago, a 100-mile bike ride, and is currently training for a half marathon. She enjoys taking advantage of the lakefront for walks and runs, staying consistent with her fitness goals. Regina is also passionate about travel, and with her boyfriend being a pilot, exploring new destinations is even more accessible.
